Как обычно, накопительные обновления выпускаются для всех версий IE, начиная с 5.01. Файлы для установки разные, естественно.
Также рекомендую потестить

После его установки уберется надоедливое "Щелкните, чтобы активировать..." и рамки вокруг ActiveX.
